With the excitement of a new year is in the air and the calendar flipped to 2010, now is the perfect time to look ahead and set some goals for the future. I attempt to get into the head of 10 rappers and make some hypothetical New Year resolutions.

In an era where most rappers talk about wanting "Money, Cars, Clothes and Hoes" New Orleans own, born and bred, A.Levy dared to be different. A. Levy graced the web with his first mixtape, Crashed Hard Drive. A.Levy takes all of us on a trip through his mind and speaks on real situations that we've all been facing not only as African Americans but as Americans in his track "Thoughts". I felt like I was on a trip down memory lane listening to "80's Baby" and "N.O.L.A" is the song most native New Orlenians should be singing wherever they live. I cant give away the whole summary of the album so I suggest you download it and take a listen for yourself. There are 21 tracks, and features some amazing artists, Spit Raw, Lyrikill, Bionik Brown, and Trufdot.
